Packages are shipped and delivered by PostNL. If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, your package will be left with a neighbor or sent to a nearby PostNL location.

Please note that PostNL often no longer leaves a notice in the mailbox, so check your track & trace information for the latest updates.

If a package is not collected from the PostNL location within one week, it will be automatically returned to us and processed as a return for a refund.

During holiday and sale periods, processing and delivery times may be delayed due to increased demand at our warehouse and with PostNL.

Where possible, please place your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery before the holidays.

You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Please keep your shipping receipt (including track & trace information) safe. We do not send a confirmation when your return has arrived at our warehouse.

Return Processing:
Once received, it may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.

Delays:
During holiday and sale periods, return processing may take longer due to high volumes in our warehouse and delivery delays.

Important:
The Set is not responsible for return shipments that, for any reason, do not arrive at our warehouse.
